Our clients requested a garden design with large outdoor parties and easy summer living for the family in mind, with lots of palms and green foliage, as well as the creation of a space for their children to enjoy.
This stunning, cliff top property sits on a long, narrow plot. To blend the differing levels, we installed steps of sandstone slabs, creating a walkway from the poolside area to the far end of the garden.
The steps have spaces in between to allow greenery to grow, softening the edge between nature and the manmade. Over time, the garden will mature and the step edges will further blur.
The garden is sandy in areas and abundant with palms and pine trees to blend with the cliff edge. Long grasses in other areas and some fun pieces of play equipment make it a perfect place for the children to enjoy.
